5 Months Part 3: Bad Dreams

As Kase gets older, he is becoming much more expressive. You can tell now what he wants. He reaches for things and acutally moves to go and get them. He laughs at his daddy and me when we do something funny. He is also developing quite the little temper which at times is funny but others can be a little frustrating. On the weekends he wakes up around 7:30 and has a bottle. He then likes to take a morning nap. He hangs out on the couch with mommy in our PJs. One morning we caught him having a dream. Poor little guy. It really makes you wonder what they dream about.

5 Months Part 3: Who needs a roller coaster

I have decided that Kase is going to be a roller coaster lover. He loves to be thrown around. He also loves to look upside down and hang off the couch. He loves to bounce on the bed. There is a bed at our ranch house that is really bouncy and squeaky and that is great fun! Any time he is upset if I pick him up and toss him in the air or give him a little bounce he starts laughing and cheers right up. His giggle is just so cute. This is also a great work out. I work my biceps and triceps without ever having to leave the couch.

5 Months Part 2: NO Broccoli

At 5 months old we found out that Kase HATES broccoli. Our doctors encourage us to make our own baby food. So we were pureeing anything we could get our hands on. He has really enjoyed peas, carrots and apples. He tolerates sweet potatoes, and dislikes squash. He has a whole level of hatred for broccoli. It was actually pretty funny. Broccoli can flying back at me... he even shutters at the after taste. Check out the video :).

5 Months Part 1: Inks Lake

Kase turned 5 months old. We had alot of very exciting happenings during his 5th month of life. Our first exciting event was Inks Lake! Every year my side of the family gets together and spends a long weekend at the lake. The last few years we rented a house. The house has 3 rooms which is tricky with 16 people. However to me it works better then camping because it has an AC. This house also has a hot tub and a pool table for entertainment. So along with hanging out with family Kase got to go on his first boat ride. He really seems to like it. We bought him a really cute little life jacket. We bought the smallest one they had and it was still way too big!
